Sardar ali Wattoo

Ali is a professional with over two decades of extensive experience in projects development and financial management of companies in various business sectors including airline, telecom, real estate, financial services, print and electronic media, independent power producers (IPPs), textiles (spinning, weaving, finishing, garments, knitwear), packaging, fertilizers, farm tools and engineering goods, and health care in Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Iran.
He has previously held the titles of Chief Operating Officer with JS Private Equity, Group Director Finance with Worldcall Telecom Limited, Head Corporate Finance at Crosby Pakistan, Financial Controller at Kohinoor Energy Limited and Southern Electric Company Limited and Head of Internal Audit at Nishat Mills Limited.
He articled with A. F. Fergusson and Company (Chartered Accountants) and is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Managers, Pakistan.

Syed Kashan Hussain Kazmi is a highly focused, results-oriented senior-level finance and management professional, with extensive hands-on diverse experience in Treasury, Financial Accounting, Asset Management, Project & Procurement Administration and Business leadership. Syed offers over 21 years of progressive experience for serving a variety of industries, devising innovative solutions across Contracting and Construction, Equity Brokerage, Telecom, Real Estate Development and Marketing, Electronic & Print Media, Insurance, Business Development, Assets Management & Mutual Funds. Mr. Kazmi is a multi-faceted professional recognized for his leadership, people management, problem-solving and negotiation skills, as well as his ability to function effectively on a strategic and tactical level simultaneously. Syed is an avid learner with a never-say-die attitude and a huge appetite for gathering knowledge to further enhance his professional skills. He is partiularly skilled at negotiating with bankers, clients, government agencies, and suppliers.

Sadia graduated from Punjab University in 1994 and served as Director & CEO of Poseidon Synergies (Private) Limited from 2008 to 2015. Poseidon is currently the parent company of Singer Pakistan Limited. Sadia is a shareholder of Integrated Equities Limited and has continuously served on its board since 2008.
Miss Saniya Ali

Miss Saniya Ali has been working with IEL as Head of Marketing since 2019 after doing her BS (Hons.) Economics and Political Science from LUMS. She has a vital role in growth of IEL’s clientele as a securities broker. She also proved a great asset to consultancy division as she participated in various assignments. She has also worked as a freelancer and has gained experience under different roles with different segments of industry.

Mr. Muhammad Mohsin Nawaz Sabri is an advocate Hight Court and a member of Punjab Bar Council. He has done his Post Graduate Diploma in International Affairs and LL.B. from Punjab University in 2016 and has been practicing law since then. He is Ex Vice Chairman of Human Rights Committee High Court and is legal advisor to various companies and has high ambitions about his future.
