This Agreement supplements and does not replace any existing client agreements, investment advisory contracts, or brokerage arrangements you may have with IEL. In cases where specific client agreements exist, those terms shall take precedence over these general Platform terms.

2. PLATFORM SERVICES AND SCOPE

Our Platform provides access to financial information, market data, research materials, and digital tools designed to support your investment and financial planning activities. The services include but are not limited to:

Investment research and analysis tools
Portfolio management utilities

Client account access and transaction capabilities

These services are intended for informational and utility purposes only. The Platform does not constitute personalized investment advice, and any investment decisions should be made in consultation with qualified financial professionals.

3. GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Access to our Platform is restricted to users in jurisdictions where such access complies with applicable laws and regulations. The Platform is not intended for use by individuals or entities in countries where such use would violate local securities laws, financial regulations, or other applicable legal requirements.

Users accessing the Platform from outside Pakistan acknowledge their responsibility to comply with local laws and regulations. We reserve the right to restrict access from specific jurisdictions at our discretion to ensure regulatory compliance.

4. USER ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS

Our total liability for any claims related to the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you for Platform access during the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. USER OBLIGATIONS AND CONDUCT

9. MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION

9.1 Agreement Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes may be communicated through additional notice methods.

9.2 Service Modifications

9.3 Account Termination

We may terminate your access to the Platform immediately if you violate this Agreement, engage in prohibited activities, or if continued access would compromise Platform security or integrity. You may terminate your account at any time by following the procedures outlined in your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately, though certain provisions of this Agreement shall survive termination.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement or Platform use shall be resolved through the courts of Pakistan, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

12. GENERAL PROVISIONS

12.1 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be replaced with enforceable terms that most closely reflect the original intent.

12.2 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable client agreements, constitutes the complete agreement between you and IEL regarding Platform use. It supersedes all prior communications and agreements related to the subject matter.

12.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our written consent. We may assign this Agreement in connection with corporate transactions or business transfers.
